When you connect Google, you choose which products to grant: Search Console (read-only), Google Analytics (read-only) and Google Ads (Google's standard Ads scope, which we use for reporting only). We never create, edit or delete anything in your Google accounts.
We store an encrypted Google refresh token and aggregated daily reporting data (for example clicks, sessions, cost and conversions) for the properties you select. Each workspace's data is isolated from every other customer.
To answer your questions, the relevant slices of your reporting data are sent to a third-party AI model provider (OpenAI) for processing. We send only what's needed for that question. Your Google credentials are never sent. The provider doesn't use this data to train its models.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We don't sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
You can disconnect Google at any time, which revokes our access and stops syncing. You can also permanently delete all imported data and chat history for a workspace from Settings.
